Return Policy: 

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. 

Eligibility: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

Packaging: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the  same condition that you received them. 

Process: 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the  following methods:

• Email: Send an email to orders@respilock.com with your order number and  reason for return. 

 • Website: Visit our website's Contact Us page and fill out the form.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will  provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to  proceed. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for  returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition,  we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7  business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exceptions: 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please  contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue  promptly.
